SERVANT LEADERSHIP AT CLARIENT:
How a Company of Values Became a Company of Value
Panel Discussion with Clarient's Leaders
SEPTEMBER 8, 2014 6:00-7:30 p.m.
Biola University Crowell School of Business, Room 109
Clarient was formed in 2005 by Ronnie Andrews in pursuit of two fundamental passions: to fulfill a commitment to transform cancer diagnostics made to his beloved grandmother, and to build a successful business on Servant Leadership principles (those based on the red letters of the Bible). These components came together financially as well, culminating in a business that grew from nearly zero revenues at inception to over $120 million by 2010. The values … and value … created were ultimately realized tangibly in late 2010 when Clarient was acquired by GE Healthcare for nearly $600 million, a value at that time more than twice the norm for similar companies in Clarient’s industry.
Join us for a panel discussion where Clarient’s leaders, Ronnie Andrews, Dave Daly, Michael Pellini, and Michael Rodriguez will share insights, stories, advice, and hilarious memories from their time together.
